The 2025 season is almost upon us, and I want to make sure you're getting the most from your SWAT membership.

1. Race-Specific Plans
I’ve created a wide range of race-specific training plans, many of which were requested by fellow SWAT members. You’ll find these in the SWAT Library.

  • If your A-race isn’t listed, just let me know—I’ll create a plan for you and add it to the library.
  • If you have more than one A-race this year, you may need to reach out directly so I can help adjust the timing or loading of the second plan.
  • Once your race is done, make sure to download the appropriate 2–4 week recovery plan (duration depends on the race distance), and then switch to the maintenance plan until your next event.

2. 1:1 Calls with Me
You can book a 15-minute call to chat about anything from race strategy and tapering to nutrition or training tweaks. Whatever’s on your mind, I’m here to help. Book your 15' call now
